We’re excited to welcome Ali Hackett to OMG as Director of Operations.
Ali’s background includes a variety of writing and marketing roles; starting with copywriting for Lululemon’s sister company, then a few years in SaaS marketing, then running her own content business. Most recently she was leading the daily newsletter at Girlboss (which has a readership of more than 450K subscribers), so she knows a thing or two about the grind! She studied communications and broadcast journalism, and was an award-winning student journalist.
At OMG, Ali will be working across the organization to help our publications (and the company as a whole) achieve their goals and hit targets. She will strategize and execute—meaning she’ll help come up with the best way to do something, make sure it gets done, and document the process along the way. Ali will touch everything from audience growth, content optimization, and engagement to revenue, internal processes, and more.
