Today, we welcome Nikki Gill to OMG as Director of Content.
Having got her first taste of a newsroom at age 16, Nikki’s passion for journalism took off and led her to Ryerson University where she completed her Bachelor of Journalism in 2011. Nikki is a community builder and takes every opportunity she can to mentor the next generation of journalists. In 2018, she launched ‘Didihood’ with two fellow Ryerson Journalism graduates - a collective that encourages South Asian women to enter creative industries by providing networking, mentorship, and community-building opportunities.
Most recently, she was the Managing Editor at Post City Magazines where she assisted in the rebranding of PostCity.com into TRNTO.com, and oversaw the editorial team in the execution of eight monthly community magazines covering local news, arts and culture, food, fashion, and more.
At OMG, Nikki will oversee our editorial leaders and direct content development strategies. Interested in getting in touch? Drop her a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
